What is Legacy?

Legacy Collegiate Studies helps students earn their fully-accredited bachelor's (four-year) degrees in only 21 months. Our on-site program examines academic subjects from a Christian worldview and incorporates ministry, biblical studies, and life-skills training. Back to top »

Legacy is based in beautiful Burlington, North Carolina. Located between Greensboro and Raleigh, Burlington is a well-equipped community near natural wonders and historic landmarks. Back to top »

 

Living Arrangements/Campus

Instead of staying in dormitories, our students live in homes with a dean of men or women. Since Christianity is a lifestyle rather than a checklist, this home arrangement offers students the opportunity to learn from the examples and challenges of the staff while participating in a Christian community. Living in a realistic house environment also allows students to develop practical home-management skills.               

Students and staff convene at a central location for classes, chapels, group activities, and ministry events. Back to top »

 

Whole-Life Educational Approach

Along with helping students earn their bachelor's degrees, Legacy also trains in many spiritual and practical disciplines. We incrementally incorporate many high-quality resources into our program, including Focus on the Family's Truth Project®, Summit Ministries' "Understanding the Times" worldview curriculum, personal financial training, and Rosetta Stone® Spanish.

Academics are balanced with biblical accountability, relaxing activities and outings, and quality fellowship. Back to top »
